Crime Jessica was killed by five individuals. Namely, Matthew Puccio, Andrew Forney, his wife, Kandis Forney, and a third couple. Matthew killed her and then the others either helped or were aware of what had happened. A clear motive has not been given but it is suspected she had asked him to move out of her house. He alleges she made statements that she forgave him, understood and that she loved him. That may speak to her character, but it comes across as an attempt to minimize what he did.
