Maribel was killed by Kwang Chol Joy, who was in love with his roommate which was Maribel. She did not feel the same. He used the public library to research decomposition and maps to bury her body.

He still insists he is innocent.

Matthew Puccio Web of Lies is a show about murders committed using the internet. In Season 2 , episode 4 the story of Jessica Rae Sacco is shown. The title of the show is Crowded House and Discovery ID describes it as, The fan of an edgy hip-hop duo, Jessica Rae Sacco becomes the victim of a grisly murder after seeking out other devotees who call themselves "Juggalos." Crime Jessica was killed by five individuals. Namely, Matthew Puccio, Andrew Forney, his wife, Kandis Forney, and a third couple. Matthew killed her and then the others either helped or were aware of what had happened. A clear motive has not been given but it is suspected she had asked him to move out of her house. He alleges she made statements that she forgave him, understood and that she loved him. That may speak to her character, but it comes across as an attempt to minimize what he did.
