According to NJ.com, Justin denies killing her to steal her bike. He said he installed rims on her bike for ten dollars. When he asked her for the money she began hitting him so he choked her until she stopped. While it's a "nicer" story, it just doesn't make sense. The two had communicated the night before to arrange this over facebook and their messages are public information.

Donte Robinson pleaded guilty to fourth-degree obstruction and spent about three months in a youth correctional facility relating to Autumn's murder. Later,
Dante Robinson, was found guilty of conspiracy to commit robbery, burglary, theft, aggravated assault by pointing a firearm endangering the welfare of a child and weapons offenses after a trial.

Justin Robinson is eligible for parole 4/4/2027.
